ABOUT US

The Canadian Corps of Commissionaires was first incorporated in Canada in 1925 and remains a non-profit, self-supporting private corporation providing government and private enterprise with security and other services. These services are provided through the seventeen divisions of the Commissionaires located across Canada. Each Division is autonomous. Overall policies and guidelines are provided by National Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and other policy documents originating from a National Board of Directors with support by a permanent National Office Staff.

The Saskatchewan Divisions have been incorporated for over fifty years. They remain autonomous and operate individually, incroporated by individual sets of bylaws, policies, Board of Governors and a Chief Executive Officer, who is responsible to the Board for the effective operation of the Division. Each Division has an administrative and management staff who manages a number of Client-based sites and branches. An operational channel of communications exists between the Division staff and the national Office staff. The Chairman of the Board of Governors is also a Governor of the National Board of Directors.

The Saskatchewan Divisions are responsible for the provision of Commissionaire services throughout the province of Saskatchwan.

The MISSION of the Saskatchewan Divisions is:

To provide rewarding employment to worthy former regular, reserve and active service Members of the Armed Forces, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and other qualified individuals. 

The QUALITY POLICY of the Saskatchewan Divisions is:

To provide security and other related services of uncompromising quality, integrity and competence to all Clients by continually upgrading our Quality Management System to better meet the needs of our Clients.

The QUALITY OBJECTIVE of the Saskatchewan divisions:

Is to maintain a high standard in the Security Industry by providing uncompromising service to our Clients and personnel.
