The Commissionaires of the North Saskatchewan Division were successful in getting International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9002 certification in 1998 as a security service provider. In 2003 this certification was upgraded to ISO 9001:2000.
ISO certification is an assurance that Commissionaires have demonstrated ability to provide consistent, reliable, quality service to Clients and that the Commissionaires have the organization and management to assure the highest standards of contract performance. The key to our success has been the ability to maintain a solid reputation through quality management techniques.
ISO registration means that Commissionaires’ operations are periodically subject to review by an external and independent operations audit. The auditor reviews service quality provided to Clients in order ensure compliance with the ISO standard.
